This may sound like a large area to cover, but it really is not because it is mostly Rural with very few listings spread over a reasonably large area compared to a Big City Real Estate Agent. I think my record is over 175 miles and 12 houses in one day, and my Out of Area Buyers were thrilled with my dedication to them. I was born & raised in New Jersey but because of the high taxes I moved here to Pennsylvania over 20 years ago and it was the best move I ever made. I love it here with all the fresh air & fishing plus the shopping, theatres, zoo, restaurants and services of the Binghamton, NY area only 15-30 minutes away, and believe it or not, virtually NO traffic reports, because there is nothing to report. My youth was spent fishing, camping, hiking. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, gardening, fishing, and boating. | |
